  • You can make it to the Strategy Session and 2-3 training sessions per week.

  • You can start this process on the week of 11/4/2024 or 11/18/2024.

  • You can make it to your 6-week check-in.

  • You're willing to give us feedback, good or bad, at the end of each week through a survey sent via email.

STEP 1

Schedule a Discovery Call: We'll have a quick chat to see if we're a good fit for each other and how we can help you reach your goals.

STEP 2

Book Your Free Strategy & On-Boarding Session: Dive into a 60-90 minute session where you'll try out a workout, talk about your goals, and plan your journey. We’ll also complete a body composition scan, assess your movement, set your "North Star" habit, and discuss food choices. Plus, we’ll book your first training session and your 6-week check-in.

STEP 3

Start Your Training Program: Begin training 2-3 times a week, we'll schedule all your sessions upfront so you can plan ahead and to keep you motivated and on track.

Are you our perfect match?

This Jumpstart is appropriate for everyone, no matter your age, your exercise experience, or your current fitness level. Our expert coaches meet with you and tailor the experience to where you currently are. No need to prepare. That's our job! You may also qualify for HSA/FSA reimbursement through your employee benefits!

  • Are you able to attend 2-3 classes per week?

  • Are you willing to track your progress with before and after photos?

  • You aren't afraid of commitment. We want you here for at least 90 days to really see the results of your hard work.

  • Do you have the willpower to follow our nutrition program? We give you the tools that you need to succeed. You just have to follow it.

  • Are you a team player? There is nothing more motivating than a dedicated group cheering each other on. And there's nothing worse than a bad attitude.

  • Do you really want to see the change? The other coaches and I really want to see you succeed, but you need to want it more!

  • Not looking to lose weight? No problem. This isn't just a weight-loss program. We encourage all types of transformations.

  • We will help you gain strength, muscle and cardio-respiratory capacity, or help you prepare for any sport-specific endeavor.
